Simplified Sourdough Bread Baking Workshop. Make, bake and break bread with Amanda in this hands-on interactive lesson. Discover the health benefits and history of natural yeas, during this fun bread baking class. Demonstrations and discussions, start to finish of the sourdough process: feeding and maintaining a starter (take your own baby starter home!) , mixing a loaf, and sampling of sourdough recipes extending beyond just a loaf of bread. Bring a clean wide mouth canning jar (or purchase one in class), a clean apron and your excitement to learn this skill!
